PATEL announce new acting chairman

The Patriotic Entrepreneurs of Liberia is pleased to notified the general public, all business associations, Liberia business association, Liberia chamber of commerce, traders, marketers, foreigners partners & Embassies and all well-wishers that through an act of a Board resolution duly signed by members of the board/incorporators dated August 11,2017, it was resolved that Mr. Presley S. Tenwah be dismissed as acting chairman of PATEL.


Big Boost for Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Rural Finance Projects in Liberia

The Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) has signed a US$4.8 million Participating Agreement (PA) and Approval of Withdrawal Request for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the World Bank Rural Finance Post Ebola Reconstruction Project with GN Liberia Limited Bank and BRAC Liberia, among others. The signing will enable access to US$ 4.8 million grant from the World Bank intended to make funding available to MSMEs on sustainable terms, strengthen the capacity of Liberia’s private sector financial institutions and banks to lend profitably to Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).


Mr. Presley Tenwah is no longer chairman of the PATEL as of the 11th day of August, 2017

The Incorporators, Executives, and Members of the Patriotic Entrepreneurs of Liberia (PATEL) officially wishes to express through this release that Mr. PRESLEY  S. TEHWAH is no longer chairman of the organization as of the 11th day of August, 2017.

This action was agreed upon by a majority vote of the incorporators, executives, and members of the organization and was based on the below listed reasons. (more…)
